Landon is trying to pull Taylor on her boogie board. We had fun pulling the kids around on their boards. When we all got tired they turned to each other for pulling.

I was trying to get a group picture of Landon, Peyton, Savannah, and Taylor on their boards. As you can see it was a real task trying to get them all on the same page. Landon was getting tired of the camera at this point.

Me, Bobby, and Landon headed down to the family river cottage this weekend to relax and enjoy the sun! We invited some friends and family to join in on the fun and we had a blast. We all played in the sand & water, caught crabs with chicken tied to a string, went fishing, played ball, & most of all relaxed!! I played with my new toy (camera) all weekend and tried to capture Landon's every move. Here are just a few of my snapshots.

A Picture is Worth a Million Words!!!

So as you know from one of my earlier post I have been without a camera for a few months. Me and My Mom have been doing our research on digital SLR cameras and with the help of a wonderful sales rep from Best Buy I finally purchased a Nikon D-5000. Let me tell you .......I am IN LOVE with this camera!!!! I am a little overwhelmed with all that this camera has to offer but I am up to the challenge. I cannot wait to share with you the pictures that I have already taken and most of all the ones that have yet to be created!!! I feel like my passion and dream of becoming a photographer is slowly unfolding with every snapshot that I take!!!
